Learn the essentials of running a successful practice from one of the top coaches in college basketball.

Bruce Weber has earned a solid reputation in the college ranks and with NBA personnel. He is a coach who stresses player development and fosters an unselfish brand of basketball where the most important facet is team chemistry. Weber strives for an up-tempo motion offense coupled with hard-nosed man-to-man defense. Experience is what makes Coach Weber one of the top coaches in the game and now you can incorporate his concepts into your program to give your team the edge for next season.

TEAM WARM-UP
Coach Weber begins each practice with a team warm-up and stretching segment, followed by individual development and team development drills. These drills are designed to improve communication, footwork, ball handling, passing and shooting while incorporating Weber's offensive and defensive philosophy. You will see the break down drills for post and perimeter players, transition build-up drills and competitive games.

OFFENSE
Get an in-depth look at Coach Weber's offensive system including his transition offense, out-of-bounds plays, zone offense, press offense and his motion offense. You will see how Weber builds up his drills adding components and progressing from 1-on-1 up to 5-on-5. Each area of the offensive system is worked on in great detail and shown in this all-access DVD set.

DEFENSE
On the defensive side of the ball, Coach Weber shows you the drills he uses to build his defensive system and his match-up zone. See how he teaches defensive transition, stance, closeouts, jumping to the ball, dribble contain, denial, defending ball screens, post defense and rebounding. See the build-up drills from 2-on-2 to 3-on-3 to 4-on-4 into the shell drill working on defensive principles in every segment.

GAME DAY
In the final segment, Coach Weber takes you through his team's Game Day set-up including a team shoot around involving opponent analysis, free throw shooting, spot shooting, motion shooting and position shooting. See how he keeps his players active on game day by having them go 5-on-0 through their transition offense, motion offense, press offense, as well as their in bounds plays.

Coach Weber has won over 70 percent of his games while at the helm of the Fighting Illini. He owns the highest winning percentage of any coach in Big Ten history who has coached at least six seasons in the conference.

Now you can discover the drills, systems and coaching philosophy that have led to Weber's success.
