Individual skill development requires a high degree of repetition. Sherri Coale delivers 20 proven individual development drills to train the skills your team needs to succeed. Throughout this drill DVD, Coale provides coaching points, things to look for as your athletes are doing the drills and she corrects common errors on the fly.

INDIVIDUAL PERIMETER DRILLS
Improve the skills your perimeter players need to be successful. Stationary Ball Handling Drills - Develop confidence and finger control with these one- and two-ball drills."3 Singles" Drill - Improve footwork, jab fakes, lift fakes, crossover and dribble pick up. 2-Ball Waggle Drill - players are working on cutting to the basket, cutting to an open area for a jump shot and dribble pull up shots.

INDIVIDUAL POST DRILLS
The post player drills include three "hands package" drills to develop hand targets, catching, passing and touch for post players; "3 Singles" for working on footwork and post moves; and a catch & pass opposite drill that works on posts passing as well as protecting the ball and giving a big target when posting up.

TEAM DRILLS
Coale has a combination of skill development and team goals for each drill. These drills are essential for building timing into half court offenses. The "X" drill will improve your post feeds as everyone - guards and big men - get a chance in the low block. This series of drills includes "X" passing, "X" passing with defenders, Inverted "X" (post feeds from the middle third of the floor) and Inverted "X" with defense.

SHOOTING DRILLS
Coale also shares six shooting drills including a five sequence shooting drill. These drills focus on back cut shooting, feeding and cutting, relocating and rebounding long misses and getting put-backs.

These drills have helped Coale's teams perform at the highest levels of women's college basketball including back-to-back Final Four appearances. Add these drills to your drill catalog today!
