Learn a motion offense that will allow your players to face up and play on the perimeter.

Tom Pecora developed his coaching philosophy under the tutelage of Rollie Massimino and Jay Wright. These relationships helped build the foundation for his 4-out 1-in motion offense, which will fit any kind of personnel you may have.

In this DVD, Coach Pecora explains how he divides the floor up for the spots in the motion offense. He shows how he uses ball screen action to initiate action to transition into the offense on a made and missed basket. Pecora demonstrates his counters and reads such as: Thumbs up, chase it and slash action to get out of the fast break or half court set. He then breaks down the half court action by showing slot-to-slot action, which includes high action involving the ball screen, skip pass or flare screen. He also demonstrates the side action, which is shown involving the wing and top to include the down screen and flare screen; and he walks you through post action rip and rip baseline.

Pecora includes a few feature plays that you can incorporate to isolate your best shooters for shots late in a possession and shows how he uses the motion offense to attack zone defenses.

Learn all of the reads, counters and entries that makes this 4-out 1-in offense so explosive. Find the "sweet spots" on offense and the "pressure points" on defense to make your team successful.
