Take advantage of your opponents by out rebounding, out running and out working them until they break down physically and mentally.

Coach Downs explains how to quickly start each break with the simple concept of running to get teammates open. He diagrams the responsibilities for each position and includes early and late break actions and counters. Transition drills are also diagrammed and demonstrated on court.

Leading from the break right into his offense, Downs explains his high/low motion screening action.

This effective action provides:

•Post up opportunities for post and perimeter players
•1-on-1 opportunities off screens
•Post kick outs for spot up shooters
•Strong rebounding and mismatch opportunities on the post and perimeter

Downs explains player rules and responsibilities, eight ways to use a ball screen and how to lean the defense to create space. Entries and actions are diagrammed and explained for every defensive situation. Finally, individual and team drills are drawn up and demonstrated on court.

Using the speed game and high/low motion screening, Downs' teams have averaged nearly 80 points per game the last three years, leading to two state championships.

Order now and start wearing down your opponents!
